I feel really sick. Please Help?

I am sitting here on my bed and I feel like really nauseous. I am not really having troubles breathing, I do have a history of panic attacks but this feel different. My mouth feels weird, like my tongue feels like its over sized, I know its weird. My speech isnt slurred, and my mouth isnt either. So I dont think its a stroke. But I just feel like I wanna cuddle up in a blanket and lay here although its like 80 degrees here, my hands feel like they wanna start shaking. My heart also feels weird, like a tingly feelings. I dont know whats wrong with me, maybe it is just a panic attack or anxiety attack. Hope it goes away soon, I have been through much worse stuff than this and I know I'll survive it but it just sucks a lot.
