I have a problem playing with slurs across the bar in piano?

A slur smoothly connects two or more notes of different pitches by a curved line over or under the notes; There is no break in sound between pitches. This is also referred to as Legato playing or singing. It's just how the music is. No one really know why composers made up these slurs or ties. Just play the music on what it says. :D
