Why is my Dad trying to get me to pay for college?

My dad and my mom have always valued higher education and education as a whole. Now my dad has these stupid maps of michigan he has been trying to sell for years and now he wants me to sell them to pay my way through college. This isn't the first time he has dropped to hint that I need to pay for college even though my brother already went to 4 years at a very expensive private school (3 years ago he graduated) and my sister is getting ready to go to one next year. I have asked my parent if I have a college fund and they keep institing I do (They arent drinkers or gamblers so I dont think they blew the money) and my dad has a good paying job of about $250,000 a year that is very stable because he works at a private foundatin that has billions. Now my dad wants me to pay for little things like drivers ed that my sister and brother got for free! I am only 14 so I cant drive yet or get a job but he wants me to buy EVERYTHING! Why is he doing this?
