If a guy can't finish/takes too long, is he not attracted enough?

He said he had been drinking, that I could smell. He wasn't slurring, so he wasn't drunk drunk, but how much he had to drink I wouldn't know, cuz he lied. First he said a lesser amount than after. Thing is he couldn't finish/*** while I went down on him. I'm so self-consious about it, when I'm usually really good at it ( w/ past exes). Anyway, it took about 30 minutes for him to finally be able to and it seemed like he forced it, and we had sex prior. What was the problem? I've made him *** before, do i really suck or something?
