How to make yourself more attractive without make up?

alot of people don't think i'm very pretty.some say i have a big teeth or a big nose and i don't like that.i am not very tall either i'm like 5 ft to 5'5.i would like to look somewhat half decent and less homely without having to put on a hole lot of make up or get surgery or a new haircut!any ideas?
