What costume should I wear for this?

Since its from Chorus Line, dress like you're going to a dance audition. Leotard or tanktop and a light weight skirt. Add some tights or leg warmers and some character/dance shoes. Remember, you're telling the story of a real dancer from the 1970s, so try and make it as realistic as you can that you were just stopped in the middle of an audition.
