Do you think there will ever be another organization like the Black Panther Party For Self-Defense?

I mean, back in the sixties when they were formed, there was a lot of police brutality. These days you may hear the odd story about the cop who got discharged for racial slurs. Stuff like that isn't as high as it was anymore, do you think there will ever be any need for organizations like that?
