What could this weird thing be?

a few years back i woke up in the morning and found my back numb. after a while it went away and it moved to my left arm and then down to my hand. my hand got so numb i couldn't eat a bowl of cereal ( i'm left handed) it disappeared just like my back and moved to my leg. then left that and went to my tung. after a while that went away but i suddenly got a Huge migraine. i mean massive. it brought me to tears. i also was slurring my words like a drunk person. after that i was vomiting. by the next day i was fine. tho i never went to the hospital ( my parents didn't think it was necessary) was this just a virus going around or could have it been something more?
