Was it a stroke i had ? please answer asap?

I felt numb in both legs and arms, couldn't really stand up speech was slurred my mouth was deformed. I went to hospital and they said it was a reaction to my faint its nothing cerious so they sent me home o felt like that a little this morning then I was fine. What do you think it was andshould I go to the docs? This all happened late last night, I am,only 18 and would like answers ASAP. Thanks xxx
